About Me
I am Michelle Nana Yaa De-Veer, a data analyst, customer relations expert, and aspiring lawyer. With a degree in Political Studies from KNUST, a Google Data Analytics certification, and years of leadership experience, I have developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic communication.
Currently, I serve as a Customer Relations and Technical Support Lead at Ghana.Gov, where I oversee service delivery, optimize user experiences, and ensure efficiency in digital governance. My experience in data analytics has equipped me with the ability to derive insights, streamline operations, and support policy implementation.
My transition into law is driven by a passion for justice, innovation, and governance. I believe that the intersection of technology, data, and law holds the key to shaping Ghana’s legal and financial landscapes. Through my journey in law, I aim to contribute to policy reforms, corporate compliance, and fintech regulations.
Beyond work, I am actively involved in youth diplomacy, SDG advocacy, and leadership initiatives. As a Young Diplomat of Ghana (YDG) Delegate and an advocate for SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure), I am committed to driving development through strategic policymaking and legal frameworks.
Outside my professional endeavors, I am a creative writer and performing arts enthusiast, scripting plays and teaching dance to inspire and educate. Committed to youth development, I volunteer as a weekend teacher for children aged 10-17, fostering discipline, creativity, and critical thinking through mentorship.
